morganskye: (SM - Manga)

Well, it's big for me.

I'm going to sell off a majority of my Sailor Moon collection.

*takes deep breaths* Yeah, I'm not too excited about it, however I haven't kept up with the fandom at all. Honestly, I think I love the idea of Sailormoon more than anything else. The stuff...it's just stuff. It doesn't hold the same appeal/fascination that it used to.

On the chopping block (everything is out of box):
Beauty Change Outer Dolls
Beauty Change Fighter
SuperS Pegasus Globe (missing ChibiUsa, but with box)
Bandai USA 'Scene' doll of Princess Serenity (with arch and setting card)
Bandai USA 'Scene' doll of Usagi in her pajamas (with bed and setting card)
Mini wall scroll
SuperS IRC Inners Henshi wand with necklace
Stars Yelling Star
Gashapon sets (1 & 5 are HK, therefore crap. However, 2-4 are originals and complete)
Stars keychains (Maker, Healer, Fighter, and Uranus)
Various laminated posters
Tin Boxes

Really the only things I'm keeping are my Bandai USA wand and locket, my Bandai 6 inch dolls, and the manga. Essentially I'm going back to what I started with. It's kind of sad, but I think it's also a good thing. I'm going to hit up [livejournal.com profile] smcollector for pricing help. I'd rather not put anything on ebay if I can help it...

Yeah, I remember having a pic of that doll before I even knew what it was. Out of curiosity, how much does it go for?

If you can find it, around $500+ last I checked.

Holy crap! And Travis looks at me funny when I tell him rare brand name lolita dresses can go for over $400, lol. That doll is really gorgeous though. It would be quite a catch.

Oh yeah *drool*

I've thought about making my own. Get a good porcelain body, style the hair, and make the dress. The dress would be the hard part, but totally worth it.

For what it's worth, I think I have her dress. *LOL* If you want it. (Don't ask...)

lol! Do I really want to know?
I know I could find a doll body easily. The hair can't be too hard, right?

Actually, it's not that bad. A friend donated it to the LCM auction and it didn't sell. She gave me that and a Japanese talking Supersailormoon doll (nekkid). I need to find them homes.

O_o nekkid? Wow, if she had clothes she'd be worth some bucks!

I'd love to take the dress if you're willing to part with it.

All yours, baby-cakes. I'll put it in a nice baggy when I mail your robes off. You may want to spot clean it a bit. It was well loved.
