morganskyeMy back hurts. Thankfully it's not my lower back, or I'd be in bed doped up to holy heaven. Instead it's right between my shoulder blades, therefore reaching, sitting up straight...hell, pretty much everything hurts. However, it doesn't hurt enough to warrant going home. -_-; Not that I have the PTO anyway after my damn teeth issues.
Went to court yesterday for my 'running a red light' ticket. Long story short, it was knocked down from $250 to $100. Woot I guess. It still cost me money and time. Good thing I've been working through lunches lately.
I start back on Nutrisystem today. Kinda. My lettuce froze in the fridge...AGAIN! *grr* This only happens in the summer months when everything in the house is working overtime. Still, suckage.
Speaking of the house, I did a fair bit of cleaning/moving this weekend. The sewing table and storage chest are now artfully placed and/or shoved in a corner where they'll be out the way. I also put up new heat/light blocking curtains in the spare room upstairs, as well as a regular curtain over the tall window by the door. I don't know how much money it will save, but I've already noticed a difference with the temp. Sure our apt now resembles a cave, but so long as mold doesn't start growing on the walls I'll be happy.
I think I'm going to go out with Terrance tonight. I think...I owe him a b-day meal since we missed his party this weekend. I wanted to go, but B didn't feel like driving up to Walterboro. Can't say I blame him. 45 min one way to the sticks isn't what I'd call fun, but we were only going to stay an hour or so. Ah well.
