I have $0.39 in my checking account after my insurance cleared. At least it's after and not before! >_<

I've totally let the 'I'm happy today' meme slip. I haven't had anything to really be happy about, but then I haven't had anything to be upset about either (not including my account balance).

Work is work. We're all muddling through as best as we can. I need to start cracking down on lunch. I like getting out of the office for a bit, but the cost is killing me. I still have tons of Nutrisystem, but I can't bring myself to eat it. I should just sell the stuff and get it over with.

I had a minor snafu with my soap. The bags I bought to dole them out in are too small. Crap. I've given up on trying to make them pretty. At this point people should be happy they're getting anything from me.

Ugh, I'm ready for the weekend. I can't seem to deal with anything normally right now.

Update:

I have to accomplish a minor task that requires some monetary value, before they will start the process to review my background, then set up a second interview and if I pass that, then take a book test and then pass that, then I can get a job offer. Sounds like no job until after Jan 1st.

I found out a little bit ago that Mom's good friend Liz got laid off from Suncom. So I change my 'not happy' line to 'I'm glad I have a job'. It's a scary world out there right now.
