Long story short

The weekend in NJ was hard. Very very hard. Extra bonus - Barry and I were separated due to a ticket desk clerk who had her head up her ass. I got home Sunday around 11am. Barry got home THIS MORNING around 10am. He spent over 24 hours in the airport with only an $8 food voucher for compensation. We're both tired, cranky, and angry.

Oh, and I broke my toe last night. *crawls back into bed for the next year*

*hugs* Thanks. I feel worse for B since he had to sit there for so long. *sigh* I can't wait for July to be over with. I really think this has been the worst month of my life.

yah know, I was just about to make a post. today alone i've seen so much stuff it's heart breaking :( i hope, for everyone's sake, July gets over quickly too.

True. The point is we're home...and probably never flying again unless we don't have a choice. UGH!

It's ok. Honestly it doesn't hurt until I try to walk. Sitting down is fine.

Me too. Long delays, overnights, etc. He, however, has only flown one other time in his life. He also insisted that I take all the luggage so he didn't have so much as a book to read.

He's a little afraid to fly in the first place, so this really didn't help. Basically we'll either be driving or taking the train from now on. :(

Driving sucks, but I wouldn't mind taking the train so long as it didn't tack on extra time. I can get to Washington overnight for only $175, and it takes the same amount of time if I drove.

Yeah. Sucks total nards. He's probably still asleep at home. I'd call, but he has to go into work tonight. I feel so bad for him!

He's at work now actually. He slept all day, which I can't blame him for. I'll have to make him something special for dinner this weekend since he's working nights all this week. Ugh.
