Serious. F'it.

I get to go to the dentists today, but they won't be able to do more than say 'Yup, it's got to be pulled. Come back next week.' -_-;
Special additions for today!
-Our order/accounting/freaking everything system is DOWN. Like major might as well go home down. *pounds head on desk then screams in pain from tooth* Which means that I CAN'T GO TO THE DENTIST TILL ITS FIXED. Kami-sama I hate being in-house IT sometimes.
-The ambesol I bought yesterday stopped working after the second application. I knew my system adjusted quickly, but I didn't think it'd be that freaking fast. So now I have my little Batman ice pack permanently glued to my face.
-The new server is making an odd clickly noise which makes me annoyed and scared at what could happen.
-I found the PERFECT house, but we can't buy it because it's 30k out of our price range. Damnit!!!

I'm going to go buy some crack from across the street and go home. Boo...

OMGUH YOUR DAY SUCKZORS!! D: At least you don't have to use I-26 like the REST OF MY OFFICE. I think we had one person in the showroom up until a few minutes ago. And of course, the receptionist called out sick so I'm the only one answering the phone.

I feel your pain on the house thing. I have the LAND and the PLANS for our house...just no money! I hope the lending market looks better in a year or two. >.<"

Seriously. If I could I would come get you and take you home. We could have tea and do girly things. *hugs* =/

*hugs* Thanks. I appreciate it. ^_^ I could really use some tea right now.

Half of the office was kinda late, the other half was seriously late. Apparently I was in the odd ground of 'no traffic land'. I left at my usual time and got here about the same time I always do. Weird.

Teeth pulled servers down ambesol not working.. Sounds like a marvelous day! Yikes!

Re: The Perfect House, give it time. The personal housing markets are tanking nationwide and the prices will probably drop more then 10%

Yeah, it's not a good day to be me. But I will get to leave work early and get massive pity points from the SO. ^_^

Yeah, I keep telling myself that jumping on a house now would be financial suicide. I'll also be in a better place a year+ from now anyway. I must be patient!

Depending on the market, probably house prices down by more like 20 to 30%.

Thank you, idiot lenders AND sucker borrowers. Great if you don't own a home, sucks for those who do.

Ain't it the truth. Now if only the government wouldn't 'set in' and bail out companies who made poor decisions I'd be happy. Sorry, but I don't feel that my tax dollars should be spent on saving morons who don't have a back-up plan.

I was using ambesol almost daily when my tooth abscessed. That shit sucked until I finally got to go to the dentist.

I can't wait for Con! Don't mean to derail the topic but its pretty much the exact same setup as last year right? Same price right?

Same crew except +1 Barry?

It already stopped working for me. Wtf?! I used it twice! The dentist gave me Tylenol 3 (which has codeine) till I can get them pulled. Sweet.

Yup! Same deal as last year. The price went up a smidge. Adding Barry softened the blow of the price hike. It'll be cramped, but since we're almost always doing con stuff it shouldn't really matter. I would recommend getting an air matt if you can. The two beds are claimed, and I only have one matt.

I can handle cramped. All I need it a Patrick sized amount of floorspace. You guys know how late I party too so I might be going to bed when you guys wake up!

It'll be awesome!

Yup!

I'm still bringing drinks and some snacks, but I'm going to skip the food-food. Wasn't worth the hassle of lugging it around. And I'll be sure to stock up on 5-hour energy. *wink*

KILL IT....Wait, that's something different....

AS FOR THE HOUSE.

WHO SAYS???

OMG, we offered like...$40K less than the house was listed for and got it at an amazing $30K Less.

Why? Because they wanted out of it.

It's a CRAPPY Housing market to sell.

OFFER LOW, if they don't accept, at least you TRIED.

No tryeyey then no GETEYEYEYEE.

What the worst case? They say no? Bah. So?

Very very true. However, even if they accepted the offer it would be a bad idea right now. Sure we could afford the mortgage, but not all the add-ons that come with it. Water, sewer, trash. And I can't depend on the escrow to cover insurance and taxes with the way the market is right now. Sure it's a sweet deal, but if it sends us into bankruptcy it wouldn't have been worth it. Besides, they say the market will be down for at least 2 more years. I'll be house ready in one! ^_^
