*throws schedule out window*

While my motivation hasn't decreased, I am severely displeased. I was scheduled to make two sets of arm bracers last night. They're very basic (cotton w/ interfacing and grommets). One set took me THREE HOURS. Grr!

Admittedly part of the problem was that my original bracer pattern mysteriously disappeared, so I had to make another one. This was only one of the delays, but everything only set me back by 30 minutes. I still can't figure how it too so long to make something so simple. Sewing the damn cape took less time! *grumble* I also used grommets for the first time. They suck, but are a necessary evil I guess. Poop.

Tonight I was supposed to make a new shirt for my Klingon costume, but the bracers for it are more important since my old shirt is still serviceable. I'm still pissy about it though since I have the pattern and materials. I just don't have time. Thankfully I'm not insane enough to say 'OMG I have time! I just won't SLEEP'. F no. This girl doesn't sacrifice sleep for anything or anyone. Ask anyone who's roomed with me. amayagoddess has some good ones from marching band days. XD

Aside from that my a/c is busted...AGAIN. I'm so done with this. By the Nine I can't wait till I can get out of that place.
