Clash of the Fandoms
Mar. 5th, 2012 11:41 amI didn't realize that both Mass Effect 3 AND Game of Thrones S1 come out tomorrow. WHY FATES WHY?!? GoT is the first series I'm actually thinking of purchasing instead of getting from Netflix. And ME3 is freaking ME3. *cries* I seriously considered bringing down my bedroom TV so I could watch and play at the same time, but I'd never be able to decide who gets the bigger screen. *whine* I have so many first world problems!!
In other news: I dug out my pairs of elf ears for the upcoming con only to find that they're pretty much disintegrated. Boo. So I broke down and finally bought a pair from Aradani Studios. I hear nothing but good things, and their ears are only a few dollars more than the crap ones from the Halloween store. I can't wait to play with them. :)
Aside from that there's nothing new to report. I'm going to Lake City this weekend, then Charlotte the next. March is going to be BUSY!! Nevermind that my sewing machine is still in the shop and I'm almost out of prep work. So long as I get it back before the 23rd I should be ok...I hope. Eep!
