All of a sudden the video from my 360 stopped working. It was fine last night, but now it's GONE. I don't think it's a hardware issue because I have no red ring or anything unusual. The sounds is also perfect. I doubt if something broke it would be running at all.

I'm hoping it's a cable issue instead of a hardware one. *wibble*

The world is a cruel, dark place where stuff sucks AND blows!

Our Xbox 360's video card died this morning. Please, a moment of silence.

Thank you.

I didn't tell Barry about the problem until after I called Tech Support. Long story short, $99 to fix. Apparently having to turn a machine in TWICE for the red ring means dick. >_< He cursed for a bit, then said that he wanted to buy another one tonight. O_O! No wonder he's always in debt. But it's his money and his console, so he can do what he wants. I've already resigned myself with the fact that I'll be paying for the wedding/honeymoon. He'll never accept my guidance when it comes to bills. Good thing I've insisted on separate bank accounts.

I think, when I have the cash (haha) I'll get the unit repaired myself so we'll have two boxes in the house. That way we can both play games instead of waiting for the tv to be freed up. It can wait though. Bills come first.

Btw, wish me luck. My interview is today at 1pm. [livejournal.com profile] cassandramorgan, how did yours go?

I'm up front on the floor updating a few computers. The nice thing is that I get unobserved net time so I'm not having to hide the screen. lol

Speaking of work, the interview at AC Moore went fairly well imo. I ended up talking to the manager for nearly 45 minutes. You don't interview someone that long and not like them. I'm up against 3 other people, but he hinted that he'd be hiring more than one person. I mentioned that I was interviewing for seasonal work, but he was hiring for long term. I told him so long as I wasn't worked to death I would stick around. We ended up agreeing that 3 nights a week and 1st shift Saturday morning would be ideal. If it happens, great. If not...well, I've applied other places. The pay and benifits were pretty good. $7.50 to start and 20% off everything including sale stuff. I'll have to buy some clothes since they require a uniform of sorts. At least I already have 2 pairs of black pants...

I can't wait to get home. I'm so very ready for the weekend.
