You'd think that I'd know the female cycle a little better...
Last night I got lucky. Woo! However, immediately after I went 'omg it's period week! am I pregers?'. So I freaked and fretted till this morning when my logical side kicked in and said 'check the f'ing internet dummy'. So I went online. According to several charts and graphs from several baby making sites, I should be fine. Apparently the first day of your period is Day 1. Your best shot at getting knocked up is 10-15. I'm around Day 25 right now. *finally relaxes* This is good. No babies for Morgan!! *high five*

Guh, I didn't do any D*C work last night. I was so tired from my workout, which is good. However, I really wanted to get the paint on my PP so that it would be dry in time to work on the wires and such tonight. Ah well.

Speaking of D*C, does anyone still need to reg? A local friend isn't able to go so he's selling off his. Any takers? It'll be $50, so with the transfer fee you're still saving $15 versus paying at the door.

I wish I was back in bed. All that baby worry made me lose sleep. Blarg.

Something was bugging me for the past few weeks, and I couldn't figure out what. I knew it had to do with D*C, but no matter how I fussed it wouldn't come to me. As I was looking over the D*C LJ comm it came to me. I wanted to make a pirate/wench costume for the year. Damn. Oh well, always next year. And yes, I'm buying next year's reg at the con this year because it's only $40. Which tells me that $40 is the bare minimum that they need to get by. It's also probably why more guests are added at the last minute. Yes, there are schedule issues, but also because they don't get 'extra' money for guests till more people reg at the higher rate. I have to admit though, I really like the massive 'discount' for pre-reg.

30 days!!

I'm so mad at myself. I've lost yet another SD card. This time it's a 2gig. GRR!! I know it's in my green SD adapter because that's missing too...*has a sudden thought and checks purse* Yup, it was in there. Seriously, I had just written the adapter line and it dawned on me that I didn't check my purse when I was home. &$%* I'm a dummy sometimes...

I can relate on the baby scare. A few months back I missed a period (and I'm on the pill!). I attribute it to starting my exercise routine. I think I threw my body out of whack.

No babies for me yet, though. I talked with Travis and we both agree that we should wait until after we get a house built (if that's what we're shooting for, which is what it looks like). So, *cough* let's get rid of that debt!

B and I don't want kids, which makes the situation worse than yours. At least it's in the plans for you. If something happens you can say 'I guess it's time'. For me it's 'omg I don't want this!!'

But you know me, I panic over everything. ^_^

i've had that scare a few times in the last couple of months, but i don't keep up with my period until i'm like..."it's been a while...and I should be on it now......WHY AM I NOT ON IT NOW OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG?!?!!?!?"

cue pulling of hair, stress, bitchiness and then when it finally comes i'm happy. I say it's PMS so no one goes "OMG YAY! you're PREGNANT!" cause one person would have ONE time to say that and I would have to maim them.

Ditto. I stopped telling co-workers if I'm stressing over something personal because it immediately turns into 'maybe he's going to ask you THE question' or 'maybe you're pregnant!' I so completely hate that.

*looks back at post* lol! Yeah, I'm a little more spastic than usual. Sadly I really do talk like that. B has trouble keeping up with my train of thought sometimes. ^_^

I got my membership for this year last year at registration. Last year I only did Sunday/Monday. My feeling on it is if anything comes up, you can always find someone to take it off your hands. Of course, my mom talked to someone last year who volunteered at reg, and she was told that if you want to get in for free, all you have to do is walk up and offer to volunteer. Not sure how totally true that is, and what kind of hours are involved. I might want to volunteer sometime, but not this year-- too much I want to do!

PS: good on the non-baby issue!

Thanks. ^_^

You can volunteer, but it still costs $20 (for your first year only, free after that) and you have to do 20 hours of work. Plus you don't have much choice over what you do unless you've been there for a few years.

I have a special song I sing when I get my period! A long time ago in college, my friend had a pregnancy scare; but when she got her period, she was so happy she made up this song:
Periods suck! Periods suck!
At least you know you're not knocked up!

In her defense, she was an art major, not a music major. But sometimes I still do the song and the accompanying dance. It involves hip-swinging and some prancing, and it's probably pretty awesome.

Ya know, Robb came up to me 2 days ago and said that Voltaire was playing at some place in Atlanta, and wanted to know if I knew where it was. And what does he tell me but, "DragonCon. Is it a cool club?"

-_-;; Yeah, it's so cool you have to pay $85 at the door. *rolls eyes* He's soooo 'with it'.
