I AM!!! WOOO!!!

My Umbridge wear is hanging up behind me. I have to move it every time I need to get into my files. ^_^

I didn't get to finish my purse, which is ok. It's done enough to get by for tonight. It still has the blue fabric pen on it from the quilting marks I made. I'm so glad it'll come off with a wet wipe. It took me nearly 2 hours to pack last night because I had to stop and do a make-up check. Ugh, I don't know why I always end up getting tons of lipstick and eyeshadow for gifts. It just confuses me more!! I had to ask for help from one of my fave sales ladies. She went straight for the perfect shades. Love her so much!

I'm so excited I could drop! *squee!* Now if only it was 96 degrees out with a 50% chance of t-storms. Then again, isn't it always 50%? Either it will or it won't...Please let it be a won't tonight!!

Im suprised you didn't go last night!! Thats when the real weirdo's are out ;)

Nothing beats seeing the last starwars at midnight with all the light sabers, or Lord of the Rings with all of the Frodo's

:D

I know the tickets here have been selling for weeks but 11 am I think was the first showing here.
CNN has been saying that a show in Cali was the first official one at 12 midnight.
They showed shots of people in line in costume.
Very cute!

They lie then ;) Im over here at the east coast, and I tried to find tickets. There are three theaters near me, and all of them had at least three showing starting at 12. out of the 9, 7 were already sold out. I almost went, but my bf wouldn't go, and I didn't want to go without him :)

It would not be the first time they were wrong! ;)
We go Sunday.
Why wait that long?
Last movie there was a bad situation with all the little kids and my husband has said late show Sunday!
Possibly the first show since we are in The South and a lot of people do church.
Hopefully parents will want to sleep in.
It really was that bad.
One little girl, who should not have been there, was so afraid of Voldemort she vomited!

The movie was GREAT! I highly recommend going to an Imax if you can. The 3D scene was terrific.

The Umbridge costume was a bust. No one knew who I was. I'll be going into detail in a post soon. ^_^

Did they just think you were some odd woman?
A young girl with frumpy taste?
I am sorry.
Though you would think that the kids would know!
They are as close to the D*Con goers as you can get without beer!

I think it will have to be IMAX.
I have heard from others that they liked it better on IMAX.

I still want photos!

They thought I was a weird artsy girl. Ah well.

I posted pics on my last journal post.

And yes, you MUST go to the Imax! It was amazing!!

Lar insists that if he sees it again it must be at the IMAX!

I opted not to wear my sweater..bummer, I bought it last year..but it's too big..and just not a good fit. Maybe I can sell it to some one..but yah. I started out with just the skirt/shirt/tie combo and sat on my robe (since we were on concrete) then around 11pm it was cool enough to wear the robe. I wore it around in the theatre (am too shy to hop into pictures or grab people to pose with me unfortunately, heh) and then took it off during the movie.

Yeah my cloak was off in about 10 minutes. Wool + 90+degrees = HOT.

At least there were others in costume. *jealous* I should have worn my school clothes instead.
