Once and Future Plans

morganskyeThe future has been on my mind a lot lately. There are talks of weddings, both mine and those I care about, house hunting, and life in general. I think since I've been pondering it so much I should put it down somewhere.
Timeline:
~Roommate's fiance moves in - next month (I think?). Either way it's soon.
~Owen moves in - est early 2013
~Roomie and fiance get hitched - 7/2013
~Roomie and fiance moves out - est end of 2013 (exact date depends on the job market)
~House/condo purchased - aiming for June 2013 since that's when my lease runs out, otherwise it's 6/2014
~Marry Owen - There are a lot of factors to this, but honestly I'm not looking till 2014, probably in the Fall.
Personal Goals:
~Continue weight loss. Aiming for 50lbs a year, which is incredibly reasonable. With a 2014 wedding date I'll easily be within my required Wedding Dress weight (size 18).
~Pay off at least 2k in debt AND put 4k in savings for new house. Very hard at first, but it will snowball eventually (I hope).
~Reduce convention attendance. Quality over Quantity, but try one new con a year to prevent stagnation.
~Return to costume competition. Maybe win an award or two for my ego.
~Travel to a new place once a year. Requires at lease 6 hours driving and a three day stay. Must be somewhere I've never been before. Can not be convention/nerd related.
A few things will need to be worked on. I'll probably try to get another PT job after AWA since I only have a wedding and 1 con between then and April. If I can hit at least 50% of my goals then I'll be happy. There are a lot of factors that can't be predicted, but I'm not going to let things get me down. The best I can do is indeed my best.
