morganskyeI finally FINALLY have an orange sweater worth using for a Velma costume and I can't find a red pleated skirt ANYWHERE!! ARGH!! I'd make one if I 1) could find the pattern in my size and 2) didn't suck holy at sewing. *curse curse curse* Darn it, I wanna be Velma. The main joy of said outfit is that I can wear it to work on Halloween without it looking like a costume. Plus I'm going on the Haunted Jail Tour that night, and would like to get more into the spirit of things since I won't have my Ghostbusters costume ready. *pout* Crappity crap crap...
*edit* I think I remember seeing a 'made to fit' pattern somewhere on a Harry Potter costuming site. It's not perfect, but it's a start. *dives into bookmarks* YES! I still have it! Now to go waste money on fabric. ^_^
