Drunk Morgan stories are fun!!
Ok, I was talking with Beth (one of our new salesgirls) when a bug started crawling over my desk. I did my usual 'ah bug!' squeal and promptly smashed it flat with my hand. There was a small amount of blood and green goo (yes I did make a Vulcan joke) on my hand and desk, but it cleaned up easily. This made me remember AnimeNorth 2002 when I met Angie. I can see Jen's eyes rolling now...
*insert flashback effects*
First off, I was drunk on tequilla (with mello yello chaser) and prescription pain-killers for my migranes. Woot! I was a OD waiting to happen. Anyway, I was sitting in the hallway of the hotel waiting for...well someone I guess when some of the fanfolk came out of a room down the hall. I waved, Jen laughed at me, and they walked on. Moments later I saw a big spider crawling towards me along the wall. I squealed and promptly smashed it flat with my hand. I do that a lot. I guess either the spider wasn't as big as I thought, or the crew was too far away to see it because they swore up and down that I was hallucinating. Fun for me!
*returns to present day*
Btw, I'm currently on pain-killers for my migrane and downing my second mello yellow. All I need now is tequilla and some anime and it's a con baby! *floats off to lie down on the floor*

That said, I likes ya anyway - even if you do hallucinate spiders when you mix tequila, mello yello, and painkillers. And who wouldn't hallucinate something on that mix? ^.^
