My default is a tablespoon(not 2) of peanut butter - it's full of good fats, and fats keep you feeling fuller longer anyway. Sometimes I need bulk, like a salad, but when I'm in a hurry and hungry for a snack, I eat a piece of fruit or the peanut butter, or sometimes celery and peanut butter together. Works like magic.
