I have a hint for you on the diet thing - if you are actually hungry, like, water won't push back the pangs, then you do need to eat. your body is calling out for nourishment, and you need to feed it, or it can fuck you up later on. I'm not saying this will be the case specifically, but after a period of time, if your body believes it is only ever going to get a certain amount of food, your metabolism will slow down to account for it, and you won't lose more weight at that level of intake.
Eat some carrots, or other veggies - a simple garden salad with vinegar dressing is less than 100 calories, but do eat something.
