1) Don't worry about ride passes, just show up early and get on the popular stuff first. (Like you already said, it'll be October, and things don't get crazy down there till mid-November.)

3) Pity you won't wait till January when I go back to Disney cause then I could get you in for free. =p
4) Double check the company with the BBB. I've heard of *A LOT* of ticket scams.
5) $50 a day at a park is *nothing*, but you could also pay less. Depends on what you want to eat, and when. Though I know at Disney, that the meal plan is a *very* good deal if you consider that you can go to the *sit down* restaurants on it.
