Tie-tie

I don't know why I'm tired. I had yesterday off from work. I was supposed to go down to the Tech College to reg and get financial aid rolling. Yeah, didn't happen. Apparently they no longer have my high school transcripts on file so I have to get them. Nevermind that I've already BEEN to TTC and they still have my grades from previous classes on file. That doesn't matter because they need something from TEN YEARS AGO!!! Bah! Ah well, at least I got a day off. lol!

Cat and Roommate update:
MJ came home around 9pm Monday night. He lost his collar (boo!) so we have to get his name tag and rabies shot tag done again. Crap. But he came home and that's the important part. BTW, funny story further down. ^_^

Terrance knew he was in trouble Monday because when I got home he told me he cleaned his bathroom. He also dashed out the door 30 minutes before Barry was supposed to be home. "Hmm", I wondered. Turns out B sent T an email saying that they needed to talk. Hence T's quick exit. I won't even get into the MySpace drama. Anyway, long story short (too late!) T is going to try and move out by the end of the month. *sigh* I just want this to be over with.

MJ was being a real dork this morning. Around 5am he decided to get into bed with us and bite our feet. At first we thought he wanted out. Nope, he was just feeling playful. He wasn't using his claws or anything so we let him fool around. Later that morning I had finished my shower and B was washing up. MJ was again on the bed. I sat down to pick out my clothes when he attacked me! Again, no claws and it didn't really hurt, but apparently he didn't like me in 'his territory'. Lol, what a wanker. I played for a few moments then moved away. He meowed at me as if to say 'Yeah, that's right. I own this place!'. *shakes head* We've got a monster in our house! I think I need a crazy cat lady icon...

Your cat has basically been feral (i.e. living outside with no owner and training/domestication) up to this point, right? Feral cats are extremely territorial. My cat flips out when other people/animals come into our home, even if they try to be pleasant to her. Also, from what I recall from my research, feral cats only bond with one human.

Yeah, that's him all over. He used to claim the landing as his, but I guess it's the bed now. Oh, and he's totally Barry's cat. He only gives a crap about me when I'm either feeding him or he wants out. Hoi!

I wish I could find the 'Yarn Porn' icon I saw a few weeks ago. I immediately thought of you.

Hehe, at least I don't have an entire room dedicated to yarn...yet.
