First, the suckage...

I won't be at Katsu this year. With ssfseiyakou having to bow out, it takes away 75% of my reason for being there. She's the room mama, costume maker, and cosplay playmate. Also, since she and Steph are a package deal, I won't get to see her either. >_< I haven't gotten my train ticket or reg yet, so canceling isn't a huge deal. I also only made costume promises to Patti, so I won't be letting any groups down. Thankfully I'll get to see Angie and Amber in October, which leaves me missing Kelly (who I haven't seen in 2+ years!). Ugh, this sucks. However, it seems that most of my friends are bowing out of Katsu this year anyway, so even if I went I'd be lonely.

That being said, I'll be attending MetroCon in Tampa instead. It's in June, which will give me more costume work time. Plus I'll be able to drive there, which means I can bring my bigger costumes (Ghostbusters, and Chef assuming it's done). Super plus! LCM will be preforming, so I can squee all over them again. lol!

I *might* also be attending AnimeBoston, however my tax return will be the deciding factor with that.

Moving on. I have Friday off. Holy crap! Normally if the office is open they want at least 2 people working. Normally it's myself and Alison because we always get stuck working. Grr! However Phyllis didn't put her request in. Yay for me! Everyone else got 4-day weekends for the holidays except for me...well, except now I do have a 4-day. lol! The only sucky part is that this is the holiday that Barry has to work (he got 4-days for Thanksgiving and Christmas), so I'll be all alone on New Years. Ah well. More time on Saints Row 2 for me!

I just checked on my computer upgrades, and they won't be here until next week. B'wuh?! They're coming UPS, so it really shouldn't take that long even with the holiday. BAH! My external HD enclosure won't show till 1/7, and the ram won't be here till 1/5. So it looks like I won't be starting WoW until the weekend after next. Damn!

And finally, I'm down to my last $20 from my holiday money. *cries* Where did it all go?!
