Small update
Aug. 12th, 2008 09:25 amI'm back on Nutrisystem...kind of. Essentially I know that I'll never be able to follow it hardcore and correctly. I have low will power. The more I fight the sooner I'll give in. So, in order to at least attempt to lose weight I've decided to go by a 2/1 method. For every two meals I follow the plan exactly, I get one 'free' meal where I can eat what I want within reason. I've already lost two pounds since Friday on this plan. Sure I won't lose as quickly, but I won't turn into a crabby bitch because I'm not eating carbs. I also, for the most part, dislike the food on NS. Yesterday I had cheese tortellini, which I ADORE, but I had to force myself to finish it because it was nasty. Ass nasty. For dinner we had the real stuff. I put olive oil and Parmesan cheese instead of spaghetti sauce. Very yummy. ^_^
Right now I'm around 293. I gained a bit back, but 3lbs up versus 27lbs down? I'm still calling it a win.
