Looks like I'll have more free time -_-
Apr. 29th, 2008 01:56 pmThey cut out the Saturday receptionist position, which means $200-$300 of extra cash a month is gone. *wibble*
Don't worry, it wasn't 'necessary' money. I'll still be able to pay my bills and eat, but I won't be doing things like paying my car off in January, or get rid of nickle-and-dime debt that's been a pain in my rear. Ugh. Not happy. It also means that instead of taking $500 cash to D*C it'll be more like $200. Again, not a bad thing, but still fairly sucky.
I've thought about getting a PT job at AC Moore or Hancock fabrics. At least then I'd get a store discount to help with my costumes. The downsides are that 1) I'd have ZERO free time, 2) Lots of work for little pay, 3) They probably wouldn't touch me now anyway since I'd have to take a least 3 weekends off between now and September. It almost isn't worth it.
*sigh* I'm not upset, just bummed. Blargh.
And now for something completely different!!
