Caffiene driven rambling

*achem* Anyway, as I was going to say, I've had a number of emotional ups and down between yesterday and today. I won't get into details, but it was a wild ride for this toad.

On the plus side, I've been very good with my small spurt of financial fortune. As mentioned, I paid off my Firestone bill. I also put more towards some evil credit cards, and as of this morning, paid some regular monthly bills ahead of schedule. I also splurged and bought my Dragoncon badge! So that pretty much means I'm definately going. ^_^ This time I'm going to make sure to meet up with my new friends instead of wandering around asking myself "Where the hell am I?!?"

From now till whenever my 'available' checking balance matches my 'current' balance, I won't be touching my account. I want everything to catch up so I can see just how much I have out there. In my mind I'm 'broke'. This will stop whim spending (hopefully). I hate having an overdrawn account. I have some cash on me, a full tank of gas, and I've factored in the bakery bread I need to pick up tomorrow. I should be ok...

I'm completely done shopping as well. I got M&D a gift card, even though it says it's from Barry. He's a little broke from buying me stuff, so I thought it would be a good thing to do. lol! M&D also asked what to get him, and I suggested a GC to someplace with nice clothes. B's in desperate need of regular clothes. Anyone who has to wear any type of uniform to work knows what I'm talking about. He lives in scrubs and sweatpants. Thankfully he's as good about washing clothes as I am. ^_^

I really wish I could leave early today. I'm not in the mood to do anything other than play. Must be the season...

I was wandering around weather.com to find out what this weekend will be like when I saw the picture below. See anything odd?



Other than the fact that we're in the 70's in December (poor us, ne ssfseiyakou?), the 'tips' listed are obviously not sorted very well. I suppose they go by conditions and not time of year. After all, why else would tips for summer car care show up? *shakes head* What I wouldn't give for a good snow storm here...
