Another weekend gone.
Apr. 24th, 2006 09:18 amI called out on Friday and Saturday because of my wrist. It still hurts a little, but I desperately needed the break, even though now my pay will be utter crap. That's ok I guess. I really wanted the time off anyway.
A big group of us went to see Silent Hill on Friday night. It was pretty good. It wasn't scary at all though, not like the game. I liked it however. The visuals were amazing! The soundtrack was good too. Barry would whisper me info, like what game something was from. Apparently they took mainly from 1 and 3. Barry has the soundtracks to all 3 games, but now we both want the movie disk. We're such whores for that stuff.
Saturday was nice. We did a lot at the apartment (pics soon!) although a decent amount of stuff will be changing hands. I'm making myself get rid of a lot of things, like my hord of Care Bears and the like. I just have waaaay too much stuff. Besides, my Sailormoon dolls need more shelf space. ^_^ Back to the point, Sat was nice. Barry suprised the dickens out of me by getting Kingdom Hearts II. I about squeeled his head off! Sadly I haven't been able to play it due to 1) my PS2 breaking and 2) my wrist acting up. Damnit!
Sunday we moved more stuff in/out of storage. The excercise bike it back in, and many boxes came out. I hope we can get the unit moved to a small spot soon.
Finally, I found my camera, so on Wednesday I'll be taking pics. Why then? Well I was supposed to go to NC with Mom on a fabric trip. But I'm broke so that was nixed. I still decided to take the day off since I have lots to do at the house. It never ends! *happy whining* I'm a liar. I love setting up house. ^_^
