Pleeeeeeze let today be a good day!

I'm meeting Amanda for lunch today. She's the strongest candidate for the apartment right now. We're going to lunch, then off to the apt to take a look around. I really like her so far, and apparently it's between me and another place. *hope hope hope*

I cleaned my room yesterday (Kelly! I found the ears!!), and in the process I found a lot of manga I haven't read yet. That's pretty strange because I usually read through my 2-3 books the first day I get them. I suppose since I bought TONS at Katsu, then more at Books-a-million shortly after I've gotten an overstock. That and pratically no time to read them. My poor sweeties, all alone and unread! The horror!

I'm starting to get gittery about moving. Not in the bad way, but in the 'damn I want to get this over with!' way. My Mom seems to get on my nerves without even trying now, and my time with Barry turns into sad longing. I can't stand to be away from him now. And no, I'm not turning stalker. I just...want to be with him. I've never been so happy as when I'm around him. Even when I'm pissed off I'm happy! *sigh*

We're going to have lots to do when we move too. The storage unit MUST be cleared out by 6pm on the 7th, or else I have to pay for the full month. Since I need that $75 we're going to bust our butts to clean it out. Then we also have to move my room out on Friday too since we've decided to stay the night at the new place then instead of Saturday. We'll also have to pick up Barry's mattress since we've got some friends staying over to help. Saturday will consist of Barry's place and grabbing his stuff that his brother Andy's been holding for us. The apt will be PACKED till we get the new storage unit (and figure out what's going in it).

At some point we also need to open a checking/savings account in both our names. We also need to go shopping, which can be a killer for us. We're both wanderers in Walmart, and that can be deadly for a check book.

*sigh* I can't wait!!!

I've got a roommate!!

Woot!! Her name is Amanda, she's nearly 21, and has a bf and a dog. I adore her dog! Her name is Angel and she's a toy fox terrier. YAY!! The biggest thing I was worried about has now gotten a million times better. *runs around jumping for joy* WEEEE!!!!
