Weight loss check in and stuff...

18 lbs down, 120 to go (goal of 180)

Three weeks into the diet and I'm doing pretty darn well. I would have started back at the gym today, but I caught a serious cold from Lowes. Sneazing + running = pissed off people.

Barry says he can really see the loss in my face, and Karen's made comments as well. I don't see it, but it's hard to when you look at yourself several times a day. I'm a little sad though. I've noticed that my DDD are about a DD. My precious boobs are disappearing! *cries* Ah well, I'll just get a lift down the road. ^_^

Mom and I are planning a trip to Mary-Jo's in Charlotte soon. We're picking up the fabric for Pepper, and maybe Amelia if I drop enough weight (another 20 lbs) and enough cash is left. Since it's not till late Dec/early Jan I think I can make it. *squeal!* So happy! I have to wait and see if I get a bonus/x-mas money this year *crosses fingers* If so, then it's 30/70 cosplay/convention. I have the plane ticket and hotel covered, so all that's left is food, transpo and fun stuff. I figure another $200-300 should do.

I'm pretty well into my Christmas shopping. Mom, Dad, Erin, and Barry are either fully bought for, or I know exactly what I'm getting them. (amayagoddess!! Your present is fragile! We need to either meet, or I need to drop it off at your mom's. Tell me which.) This leaves cards and cookies. Baking will be the hardest part since I have a small budget this year. On the plus Mom usually buys what I need so long as I get enough to bake for her and her friends. I also have all the bags/boxes/tins I need so that's set. I know I'm a total freak when I say this, but I seriously love Christmas baking. I dig making cookies, smellings them when they cool, packing them up in pretty tins, etc. I just wish I could do fruit cake this year. *sniffle*

Barry's been a total sweetie lately. I think he's glad to get back to work. If it wasn't for school he would have gone stir crazy. He's working so hard at school too! It's great to see him so motivated. And just wait till he gets cleared by his doctor to 'return to work'. Bwahahahahaaa!
