A little help?

Maaaaany years ago there was a show on Comedy Central. I think it ran for one season. The host was British. It was a skit show, and most of the time the skits were based around people wearing costumes and harassing others in a 'candid camera' sort of way. Below is a gif from the show.



Other skits had the host walking around with a GIANT cell phone yelling 'can you hear me?!' and squirrels because they're always funny no matter what.

I can't for the life of me remember the name of the show!!
