Big news!

I'm quitting Lowes. I can't take being there anymore. I know my life would be easier if I stayed, but I just can't do it. I'm sick and miserable. I've also gained so much weight since starting there. I can't keep my diet in check. Bah!!

I'm still going to D*con! I only hope that Paul Dini is there on Saturday since that's the only day I'm 'attending'. We're still staying Friday and Saturday night. Beyond that it's back to standard con life. You know, living off granola bars and Mr. Pib...

I feel better about this already. My $$$ side is still screaming at me, but I don't care. This is for me. Booyah!

my roomie is going too. she's the track director of "The Tribe" i was a little disappointed when i read the guest list. She (my roomie) had mentioned something about Ropber Jordan being there (her "friend" was bitching because he {robert jordan} was/is getting a bigger track than "the Tribe")> and as far as i know...you know me. i do believe you are the same Morgan i went to summerville HS with. and even if you aren't, we've seen eachother at the green dragon, i'm sure :)

Yah, we're both thinking of the right people. I just hate mixing people up. ^_^

I've never heard of "The Tribe". Is it a book? Movie? Do tell.

it's a tv show. a thingy (virus, chemical whatever) is released and all the adults die, so kids are running the world...it's very pubescent "mad max" in a way. it's got hot guys, so who cares if it really makes sense? oh, and it's shot in New Zeland..so it's got hot guys and sexy accents. now..i think i need a cold shower... hahahaha!

it is. i really like it. I don't watch it much because i really don't have the time or the visual acuity to really appreciate it (read blog on myspace...unnoted side effet of the meds i have been on the past few months is visual disturbances)but hey, it don't change the fact that it's a great diversion.

Yuck, I hope the side effects are worth it. Are the meds a temp thing?

you could look at it that way. i'll need to be on them for a while, and this isn't the first time i've been on meds like these..and it won't be the last. i'm bipolar, so i will probably need to be on and off meds for the rest of my life.

insurance is beautiful. i pay a nine dollar co-pay on brand name drugs and three on generic. the rest is covered...office visits, hospital stays, maternity. everything.
